Returns and Exchanges

At Bonjour we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will make every effort to work with you to achieve exactly what you would like to purchase. In the event you do need to make a return or exchange simply follow the procedure below.

You may exchange or return any item that you purchase in its original condition and unworn within 30 days of the date purchased for a refund or exchange less the shipping cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please include your original sales receipt with your return/exchange. Orders exchanged or returned beyond that time frame will not be accepted.
